
United Airlines achieves employment contract with flight attendants, says Union, says Union

United airlines Your union received a “industry -leading” preliminary work company for its 28,000 flight attendants on Friday.
The deal includes “40% of the total economic improvements” in the first year and retroactive salary, signing bonus and improvements to the quality of life, such as better planning and the time on site, said the association of the flight attendant CWA.
The union stated no further details about the deal.
United flight attendant has no increase since 2020.
Last year, the members of the cabin crew voted to approve the union if a deal was not achieved. They had also searched for federal agencies in negotiations.

US flight attendants have pushed for wage increases for years after pilots and other working groups had secured new work transactions after the pandemic. United is the last of the great US airlines that complete a deal with his flight attendants.
The deal must continue to be coordinated by flight attendants, and the contractual language will be concluded in the coming days, said United.
