Style tone is a special type of blue cheese that can be produced in only three English counties. There are only four stilton producers, but according to one of the best awards in the industry, this was crowned in the world in the world last year. Eshe Nelson, a New York Times’ business reporter, went to Clawson Farms, the producer of the award-winning Stilton, who tries to expand his business in the USA, despite the higher costs that were imposed by the Trump government’s tariff policy.
