There are only four stilton producers, but according to one of the best awards in the industry, this was crowned in the world in the world last year. Eshe Nelson, a New York Times’ business reporter, went to Clawson Farms, the producer of the award-winning Stilton, who tries to expand his business in the USA, despite the higher costs that were imposed by the Trump government’s tariff policy.
